Thank you for choosing Mastodon Marketplace for your shopping needs. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase you make from us. To provide you with clarity and transparency, we have outlined our support policy, including return and cancellation procedures, below: 


Mastodon Return Policy 


Our return policy aims to offer you flexibility and peace of mind when it comes to your purchases. Please note that individual sellers on our platform may have their own return policies, which will take precedence for items supplied by them. In cases where a seller does not have a specific returns policy, the general return policy below applies: 


General Return Policy 


To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met: 


  • The Goods were purchased within the last 10 days. 

  • The Goods are in their original packaging. 


Please be aware that the following Goods cannot be returned: 


  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. 

  • Goods that, due to their nature, are unsuitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or have exceeded their expiry date. 

  • Goods that cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons for which were unsealed after delivery. 

  • Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items. 


We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet these specified conditions at our sole preference. 



Defective Product Refund 


In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective product, rest assured that we will provide a refund. If a seller on our platform has a specific defective product refund policy, it will take priority over the items supplied by them. If no such policy exists, our general defective product refund policy applies. 


General Mastodon Defective Product Refund Policy 


We offer a full refund for any product that is proven to be defective by the customer. A product is considered defective if: 


- It fails to function as described in its specifications from the date of delivery. 

- It is found to be damaged at the time of delivery. 


Cancellation Policy 


For non-tangible items such as roadside assistance agreements and insurances, the possibility of customer cancellations or service cancellations may vary depending on the seller. If a seller has a specific cancellation policy in their marketplace, it will take priority over our general cancellation policy. 


General Mastodon Cancellation Policy 


You have the option to cancel services provided to you through the Mastodon Marketplace. Our service policies can be canceled on a pro rata basis. For instance, if you have a 12-month service policy, you can cancel the policy after 3 months. In such a case, you will receive a refund for the remaining 9 months, minus an administration fee of 20% of the service fee. 


To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us of your decision through a clear statement. You can do this by sending us an email at
